Static Bars
Nex Flow uses quality Haug static bars rather than cheap products because Haug static bars have been proven to last in difficult environments. The most fragile part of any ionization system is the static bar and Haug bars have proven themselves against others to have be rugged, and outperform and outlast other less quality products on the market. There are two basic static bars offered - the standard Model RN system and the unique Model VS system that produces three times the ionization output of regular static bars. Also available is explosion proof international Apex standard static bars. Cable is fully shielded and has a patented connection for optimum safety.

Haug power supplies come in several versions demanded by modern industrial standards. They have standard 2 outlet and 4-outlet systems, special NEMA 4 class versions, Power Suppies that monitor performance and special power supplies for explosion proof applications. Static Testing
The Multicheck Model 80301 is a performance testing unit for power supplies and for ionization units. Unlike cheap AC Testers (often sold by competitors at inflated prices) which only show if power is going into power supplies or static bars, the Multicheck actually indicates if a power supply or bar is working. A hand held static meter can also be useful to quantify performance of static control equipment.

Static Measurement
This hand held static meter is reasonably priced and easy to handle. It is operated using an ON/OFF soft key (with circuit-breaker) and two further soft keys for the 0-100 and 0-1000 kV/m measuring ranges.
